SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.

• For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 4-5 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, this may take between 7-10 working days.

• Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.

Shipping charges are applicable on all orders.

Our Decoction orders are only limited to Mumbai City customers. 

Our Coffee Powder Orders are delivered to any of PAN India cities.

How can I track my order? 

We will send you the EWAY Number of the courier service that will be delivering your order.

RETURNS

As an FMCG brand we have a strict no returns policy. If you have faced any issues please do write to us at theSouthernBrewCoffee@gmail.com and we shall rectify the same for you. 
 

Damages & Issues

​

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
