Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.

• For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 4-5 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, this may take between 7-10 working days.

• Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.

HOW TO BREW AT SOME WITH A SOUTH INDIAN COFEE FILTER

• Use a clean and dry South Indian coffee filter. Fill half of the top container with The Southern Brew’s coffee powder
• Add boiling water over the powder to the brim of the container, let the decoction drip into the filter. 
• Once empty, add hot water again and repeat the process until the powder turns into a thick paste. 
• Add 10ml of decoction to your cup, 
• Add hot milk and sugar to taste, mix thoroughly, your  Southern Brew is ready to sip! 
• For a stronger taste add an additional 5ml of the decoction
• Brew a fresh batch of decoction to get the optimum flavour and aroma.
