Medium roast coffee beans are roasted at a temperature that allows them to develop a moderate level of caramelization on the outside while still retaining much of their original flavor characteristics from the bean's origin.

HOW TO BREW AT SOME WITH A SOUTH INDIAN COFEE FILTER

Use a clean and dry South Indian coffee filter. Fill half of the top container with The Southern Brew’s coffee powder

Add boiling water over the powder to the brim of the container, let the decoction drip into the filter.

Once empty, add hot water again and repeat the process until the powder turns into a thick paste.

Add 10ml of decoction to your cup,

Add hot milk and sugar to taste, mix thoroughly, your Southern Brew is ready to sip!

For a stronger taste add an additional 5ml of the decoction

Brew a fresh batch of decoction to get the optimum flavour and aroma.
