How do I preserve my shipment? 

If you have ordered our coffee powder then you will need to immediately empty it in a glass or metal air tight container & store it in a cool dry place.

If it is our decoction then you will need to keep it refrigerated till the time it has been completely utilized. 

 

Why do the products have a low shelf life? 

Our products are 100% preservative free. Our coffee powder & coffee decoction are packed only on confirmation of order. 

Coffee Powder has a shelf life of 20 days as directed for preservation.

Coffee Decoction has a shelf life of 2 days under refrigeration.

 

How do I brew coffee from your powder?

You will need an authentic South Indian Filter. Please visit our blog/Video section to know the correct way to use the filter & brew the coffee.

 

How much decoction should I add in a cup ?

It's very simple, more the decoction, darker your coffee.

 

How many cups can I make in a 100 ml of decoction ? 

A 100ml of decoction can make up to 3 medium cups of coffee.

What type of coffee can I make from your decoction ? 

Our decoction can be used to make hot milk coffee, black coffee, Cold coffee & Cold brew drink.
